Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at osnoeundefined19585@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
